The Two Bitch™ Bourbon Mint Julep
In 1938, The Mint Julep was declared the official drink of The Kentucky Derby. Looking to serve these refreshing sweet mint cocktails at your Derby party? Mint Julep Recipe
- 2 oz Two Bitch™ Bourbon
- .5 oz to 1 oz of Simple Syrup (Equal parts sugar and water brought to a boil and dissolved in sauce pan. Allow to cool)
- 4 mint leaves
- Good crushed or shaved ice
- Sprig of mint for garnish
- Muddle approximately 4 mint leaves in the bottom of a stainless steel mint julep cup. This releases the mint’s essential oils. Take care not to over muddle.
- Add crushed ice and pour in your Two Bitch™ Bourbon and simple syrup.
- Give it a stir and enjoy the sweet minty bourbon aromas! Add your mint garnish and serve.
