Two Bitch™ Bourbon Cowboy Cocoa Recipe: A Holiday Bourbon Delight!

Makes 4 Cups
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup powdered cocoa
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Dash of cinnamon or a cinnamon stick
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups water
- 4 oz (1/2 cup) Two Bitch™ Bourbon Eureka Gold™ or Small Batch With Bite™
- Marshmallows
- Bourbon Whipped cream*
- Additional cocoa to garnish and cinnamon sticks
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine cream, water, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
- Whisk frequently while bringing to a simmer over low heat.
- Once gently simmering, remove from heat and stir in vanilla and Two Bitch™ Bourbon.
- Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream and marshmallows, and garnish with sifted cocoa powder.
Whipped Cream
- Combine 1 cup chilled heavy cream, 2 Tbsp powdered sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla and 1 Tbsp Bourbon in a mixer or bowl.
- Beat on high until stiff peaks form (about 4 to 5 minutes).
