Two Bitch™ Bourbon Cowboy Cocoa Recipe: A Holiday Bourbon Delight!

Gather the family and cozy up with this rich and boozy treat! Cowboy Cocoa is warm, indulgent, and perfect for making holiday memories.

Makes 4 Cups

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup powdered cocoa
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • Dash of cinnamon or a cinnamon stick
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups water
  • 4 oz (1/2 cup) Two Bitch™ Bourbon Eureka Gold™ or Small Batch With Bite™
  • Marshmallows
  • Bourbon Whipped cream*
  • Additional cocoa to garnish and cinnamon sticks

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine cream, water, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
  2. Whisk frequently while bringing to a simmer over low heat.
  3. Once gently simmering, remove from heat and stir in vanilla and Two Bitch™ Bourbon.
  4. Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream and marshmallows, and garnish with sifted cocoa powder.

Whipped Cream

  1. Combine 1 cup chilled heavy cream, 2 Tbsp powdered sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla and 1 Tbsp Bourbon in a mixer or bowl.
  2. Beat on high until stiff peaks form (about 4 to 5 minutes).
