Banana Bread Old Fashioned

Banana Bread Old Fashioned

There’s something magical about the aroma of banana bread wafting through the kitchen.

Banana is a fascinating flavor note found in bourbon. While some bourbons might have a noticeable banana taste, it's not a universal characteristic and depends heavily on the distilling process and yeast strain.  Esters produced by the yeasts can create banana-like aromas and flavors, which are then balanced by bourbon's signature caramel, vanilla, and oak notes.

Lean into banana and notes of baked goods with this creative cocktail.
